The early months of 2008 have been very busy ones for Hays medical Center or HMC. They hired seven new employees this year. HMC implemented a hospitalist program that October, hence more recruits were hired. In the six jobs that were opened due to the program four have been filled the year before. They were also able to hire a fifth physician and not long after the program was full operational. They had many doctors by the next year all because of the program. They were able to see big group of physicians work that year.

The director added that they have to work a little harder, trying new things and discovering the internet as a kind of an ever changing resource.
