grape seed EXTRACT capsules
Am i taking to many vitamins?
I would like to know if i am taking too many vitamins/supplements.
In the morning i take a Multi-Vitamin (women's one day)
i take a fish oil capsule
i take chlorella
i take a green tea extract and grape seed extract capsule
i take Vitamin c caplet
i take raw veggie capsule
and before bed i take a zinc caplet.
is this too much?
no . . not too much . . but if you look into vitamins and supplements deeper . . you may end up taking all manner of things ad nauseum . . .
Easy trap to fall into . . your body is designed to protect you . . so there is argument about how much in the way of supplements we really need
One thing I've learned over time is the concensus of what we need and is beneficial to us changes over time . . i have a sneaky suspicion it's an ever-moving target
