To accommodate the players choices the game engine is so intelligent that its radiant story AI will shift the game experience: quests, NPCs, etc. The player can develop any character he or she wants, with whatever skill set one desires. Holy cow!
Skyrim is an RPG game on steroids! Skyrim is incredible, is all I thought the first time I saw it. The new Elder Scrolls v, is so appealing that when I showed it to gamers who have no interest in RPG, they were ready to get a copy.
Having dragon powers, and taking on a dragon, killing it, and absorbing its soul, is a scenario hard to resist. Incredible! And when battling, now you can dual-wield anything you want: a sword in one hand, and magic in the other. Attack, swinging dual blades, an axe and a hammer, anything, any combo you want, use defences like shields, which you can use as a melee weapon too.
The realm of the new Elder Scrolls v is just too real looking, too inviting to resist. Ever wanted to walk into a fantasy novel, and be part of it, in a story that is largely unwritten? The development team has given the player the power to write your own story in Skyrim.
Even the mountains in the background are not just props, or painted vistas: you can run to them, and climb to the top of them, but be aware that it will take you a long time to get there, but the same thing would happen in the real world too.
The most amazing thing of all is that the development team was able to get this game to play on existing consoles. As far as I have heard, even PCs do not need to be upgraded that much.
games of this magnitude are usually released on the next generation machines. But the team saw that the 360 had more to give, so they rewrote the engine, and it worked. Great work team. This is going to be the best game in a long time so get the Elder Scrolls v: Skyrim right here: The Elder Scrolls 5.
